The Ridley Scott Creative Group’s RSA Films have announced the appointment of Bethany Papenbrock to managing director, EU.
With over 20-years production, agency, brand, and PR experience, covering everything from broadcast to experiential, Bethany has well-rounded insight into modern production and the changing media landscape.
Based out of the Creative Group’s Amsterdam office, Bethany will work alongside the global RSA Films leadership team to develop young creative talent whilst finding commercial and branded opportunities for all levels of multi-platform content production.
“I’m so pleased to be joining RSA, and I’m particularly excited about introducing our young Black Dog roster to a new generation of creative talent in mainland Europe,” said Bethany. “Alongside our sister offices we want to be involved at the very heart of the local production community.”
It is because of her non-traditional professional trajectory that Bethany truly understands 360 campaigns. Bethany’s experience in integrated and experiential production has seen her work for the likes of VCCP, W+K, Halal, and 180 Amsterdam. As head of integrated production at 180, Bethany led a department of producers, designers, editors, animators, line producers, and business affairs; expanding 180’s in-house post-production facility to include content and TV production.

In recent years the Ridley Scott Creative Group have consolidated their global leadership team, restructuring their production and creative offering to ensure the best value for clients across all levels of production.
