K-Pop Superstar Lisa to Host Exclusive Metaverse Party with Chivas Whisky

To celebrate the launch of the Chivas 18 x LISA limited edition bottle, blended Scotch whisky Chivas is bringing one of the biggest names in K-Pop to the metaverse. Dubbed Regal Planet, the event will be Chivas’ first entry into the metaverse and will boast an immersive, virtual experience featuring LISA herself. Regal Planet will kick off with a live, ticketed event on Sunday November 27th at 9pm CST.

Attendees will have the opportunity to flex their style with custom avatars which they will use to experience Regal Planet. Starting in the ‘Rise Up’ welcome lobby, where they will be able to meet other guests, Chivas and LISA fans will then get to learn more about Chivas and its range of blended whiskies in the ‘Hustle Area’, with 3D bottles appearing to reveal the perfect serves and showcasing various cocktail recipes. For guests in China and Malaysia, a virtual vending machine will be available where fans can purchase select Chivas expressions through direct ecommerce links.

The exclusive tour through Regal Planet ends at the ‘Regal Stage’ where LISA will appear to talk about her ongoing partnership with Chivas and host a Q&A session designed to give fans a peek into her world. She’ll also show attendees how to make her signature Pink Spice cocktail, which was inspired by her favourite tastes and flavours. The event finale will see a glittering fireworks display, while some lucky guests will be able to take a virtual selfie with LISA.

From November 30th, guests will be able to revisit the Regal Planet with their avatars to experience recaps of the main event. The event will be available for metaverse enthusiasts in China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia whilst fans outside of these countries will be able to stream the broadcast on Sunday November 27th at 1pm, GMT through the Chivas Regal Instagram and YouTube channels.
