Nikki, who has been with Unbound as executive producer, now steps into a role that deepens her influence across the agency’s entire creative process – from concept to delivery. She will work closely with founding partners Elspeth Lynn and Paul Hogarth, as well as managing director Charlie Griffith, to further Unbound’s mission to create ideas with the freedom to go anywhere and everywhere.
Paul Hogarth said, "At Unbound, we believe ideas should be free – free to go anywhere, challenge anything, and make an impact. But great ideas don’t just happen. They need people who fight for them, shape them, and push them further. That’s Nikki. She doesn’t just get ideas made – she makes them better. Bringing her into this role is our statement that execution is just as important as the idea itself, and making great work isn’t an afterthought, it’s everything. Nikki gets that, and now she’s helping lead the charge. We couldn’t be prouder."
Nikki brings over 16 years of experience spanning agencies including AMV BBDO, M&C Saatchi Australia, London Film, Tag Worldwide, and McCann Erickson London. She has produced campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Essity (Libresse, Bodyform, Tena), Mars (Whiskers, Mars), Hammerson, Optus, BT (BT Sport, BT Mobile), Hiscox, Pepsi Max, Guinness, and Martini. Her work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, Clio, Campaign Big, Creative Circle, and The Drum Awards.
Nikki Gherardi said, “Collaborating with Elspeth and Paul over the years has been truly inspiring. Moving beyond the conventional agency model, I have the freedom to manage a seamless workflow from strategy through to production. This approach gives me a deeper understanding of the brief, the brand, and the insights needed to craft the most effective executions with the right talent. I'm confident that we'll continue to be excited about solving challenges through creativity and delivering innovative work.”
Nikki’s appointment marks a significant step in Unbound’s continued evolution – proving that when creativity and execution are equally unbound, the possibilities are endless. She will be leading the charge with Unbound’s existing and newest clients this year, both Teach First and Take Her Lead (ex-England cricketer Isa Guha’s charity), ensuring that bold, impactful work continues to define the agency’s output.
