RSA Films Appoints Marley Hansen as Directors' Rep

RSA Films has appointed former NOWNESS senior editor Marley Hansen as directors' rep UK, working across agency and brand from the production company’s Soho, London office.    

Marley brings a wealth of experience in talent management and development to RSA. As NOWNESS Senior Editor and Programmer, Marley acquired and curated the best in short-form content from around the world - from both established and emerging filmmakers.    

Marley has also been a jury member and panellist at various film festivals within the worlds of art, fashion, and dance including Straight 8, Berlin Fashion Film, and Musicbed Challenge.    

Her current work stems from a background in film production and from her MA in International Film Business. From producing short films to coordinating international film shoots, Marley has a well-rounded knowledge of the filmmaking process from conception and development through to distribution and exhibition.    

“We’ve worked with Marley for a few years, so we were delighted when an opportunity came up for us to work more closely together. We’re very fortunate to be able to get her to join the team. She has been a massive supporter of young talent so it’s a natural progression for her to champion our roster and help look for new talent too," says Kai Hsiung, RSA MD.
