Responding to overwhelming demand for the LIA Creative LIAisons program, LIA has decided to sell 50 seats available on a first-come basis.
The purchase price will include seminars; InnerVation Lab, which is a specially curated program that features Daymond John and Kevin Harrington from Shark Tank, in person; and dinner and drinks with the LIA Jury and Speakers.
Creative LIAisons will take place from Tuesday 11th October through Thursday 13th October at Encore/Wynn, Las Vegas. The cost for this exclusive opportunity to attend Creative LIAisons 2016 is USD $2500.00. This does not include airfare or hotel, as these must be booked and paid for by the attendee. Attendees must be between the ages of 21 and 32.
The event has historically been invitation-only. 85 invitees will be in Las Vegas to take part in this year’s educational initiative, fully funded by LIA.
You can find more information about Creative LIAisons on the
LIA website.
Barbara Levy, Founder and President of LIA, comments: “Creative LIAisons is a very unique and valued experience, where we strive to foster creativity and innovation among the attendees. It is a great mix of revered and emerging talent, and I cannot think of a better way to shape the future of our industry, while also giving something back. It is a rare opportunity to spend real quality time with some industry greats. Creative LIAisons goes way beyond typical speaker events – our attendees have one-on-one access to learn from, and mingle with, their industry idols.”
Ted Royer
This year the speaker schedule includes not only a selection of the industry’s leading creatives, such as Mark Tutssel, Ted Royer, Matt Eastwood, Malcolm Poynton and others, but also two of the world’s most innovative entrepreneurs will be on hand for InnerVation Lab, a specially curated programme on Thursday 13th October.
InnerVation Lab has been designed by world-renowned researcher and educator Dr. Saras Sarasvathy. Also taking part in InnerVation Lab are
Daymond John, Founder of FUBU, who is currently starring on ABC’s Shark Tank, and
Kevin Harrington, a former Shark, inventor of the infomercial and founder of As Seen on TV. Shark Tank in other parts of the world is known as Dragons’ Den. They will be an active part of InnerVation Lab, as our attendees learn to think more entrepreneurially.
This workshop will consist of four high-energy, interactive, hands-on modules that will allow attendees to walk in the shoes of highly experienced entrepreneurs such as the founders of Starbucks, Stacy’s Pita Chips, Airbnb, Alibaba, the ‘Sharks’ and others. It may give you the opportunity to present your idea directly to Daymond John and Kevin Harrington. ‘At the least, get feedback, at most get them on board YOUR venture.‘
