Full-service agency is being driven by the belief the further you go, the more you find

INNOCEAN Canada is introducing its new brand identity, 'We Are Explorers', as it celebrates their 15-year anniversary. INNOCEAN is a full-service Canadian agency offering creative, media, data and sponsorship services in English and French. The 'Explorers' identity will be shared across INNOCEAN’s North American network to create a unified visual identity and shared set of guiding principles known as the Explorer Code – a move which aims to attract top talent, win new business, and establish the agency as a known competitor in the industry.

After going on a journey of self-discovery, the 'Explorers' platform was born from what INNOCEAN really believes when it comes to developing innovative solutions for their growing client roster: “The further we go, the more we find”. This philosophy is more than a tagline or slogan; it is a way of thinking, speaking, and doing business as the agency focuses on growing their creative reputation in Canada. Personified by the iconic image of a deep-sea diver exploring the unknown, the agency’s new look further demonstrates their curious mindset and relentless pursuit of doing things that haven’t been done before.

“I’ve been very fortunate to have been with INNOCEAN for over twenty years now and can say without reservation this is one of the most exciting evolutions for our business,” said June Hong, president and CEO of INNOCEAN Canada. “We’ve done some truly exceptional things for our clients since we opened in Canada a little over fifteen years ago. But I believe that our best work is still to come.”

“I have always believed that curiosity and an unwavering desire to discover and learn everything there is to know about our client’s business is the path to better creative,” stated Ian MacKellar, executive creative director of INNOCEAN Canada.

In addition to introducing a new visual identity, the agency has adopted a set of beliefs that guide and unite the whole INNOCEAN team - no matter what level, department, or region they call home. Defined by eight core pillars, The Explorers Code defines foundation of the agency’s Explorer spirit:
