Musician Jacob Collier teams up with Crocs for a limited-edition collaboration to celebrate music lovers

Crocs latest collaboration with five x Grammy Award-winner, multi-instrumentalist, and Crocs super-fan Jacob Collier, celebrates the ultimate synergy between artist and brand.

Jacob Collier collaborated with the global footwear brand to create the first ever music making Croc clog, in alongside the release of his new single 'WELLLL', inviting consumers to make music. The campaign, developed by social-first creative agency Hey Honey, aims to represent the true authenticity of the partnership and launched with a music video for Jacob’s latest single which serves as the centrepiece for the campaign.

The collaboration is not just a shoe; it’s a multi-genre composition echoing Jacob’s dynamic style. Bursting with brilliant colours and a melody of Jibbitz, this collaboration is certain to be a chart-topper. It’s the most musical yet and launches with Jacob’s latest single ‘WELLLL’, dedicated to his partnership with Crocs.

In the visual spectacle of the music video, a set has been built using enlarged Jibbitz charms, capturing the essence of Jacob's infinite creative talent. The video features multiple versions of Jacob playing an array of musical instruments, showcasing the unparalleled virtuosity that has earned him critical acclaim worldwide. Moreover, the video also highlights the exclusive pair of Classic Clogs designed by Jacob himself, the first-ever Crocs design that allows wearers to make music with a bell attachment.

Yann Le Bozec, vice president marketing EMEA-LATAM at Crocs says “Collaborating on a project with an artist so intrinsically aligned with Crocs’ brand values has been incredibly exciting. We’re thrilled to partner with a playful and charismatic artist like Jacob on a collaboration that champions individuality, creativity and self-expression.”

In addition, the campaign engages fans by inviting them to ‘come as they are’ and add their own musical twist to the song via a challenge on Instagram and TikTok. Lucky participants who have taken part in the challenge will automatically get enrolled into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to a future Jacob Collier concert and a pair of the limited-edition Jacob Collier Crocs. 

Jacob comments on the collaboration, “I’ve been walking, living, learning, creating and performing in Crocs since Crocs began, so it’s an absolute dream come true to be bringing my own Crocs collaboration out into the world!”
