Havas announces the appointment of Delphine Maillet as head of investor relations. Backed by her expertise in financial markets, particularly in mid-cap companies and the agency sector, she will play a key role in the group's stock market listing project and manage communications with the financial community, investors, and financial analysts. Reporting to François Laroze, Havas' chief financial officer, she will be responsible for strengthening the group's relationships with financial stakeholders and promoting the group's strategic ambitions.
With extensive experience in the financial sector, Delphine Maillet began her career as a credit and sell-side financial analyst, specialising in mid-cap companies from 1997 to 2006 at HSBC (Crédit Commercial de France) and BNP Paribas (Portzamparc Société de Bourse). She later transitioned into fund management, serving as a European equities manager, notably on thematic and socially responsible funds from 2006 to 2015 at Keren Finance and Covéa Finance. These experiences allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the expectations of investors and financial analysts. Since 2016, she has been working in investor relations and financial and non-financial communications departments within publicly listed international groups, providing them with her expertise through a coherent and global approach.
Delphine Maillet is also very familiar with Havas, as before joining Valeo, a global leader in automotive equipment, in 2023, she held the position of head of investor relations at Havas. In this role, she supported the delisting of the group in 2017, and in 2018, she joined Vivendi's Investor Relations team while retaining her role with Havas' finance department.
