The Jade Jackman-directed film premiered at Sundance over the weekend
‘The Future is Fluid’, in association with Gucci and Chime for Change, premiered at Sundance Film Festival over the weekend.
Shot in Milan, Cape Town, Rio, London, Jaipur, with contributors from New York, Hong Kong, and Dubai, the short film, from Black Dog director Jade Jackman and Gen Z-run think tank Irregular Labs, explores the perception of the concept of gender among Generation Z.
Released in companion to ‘The Irregular Report’ a biannual report on and by Gen Z, ‘The Future is Fluid' gives a voice to this generation’s tenacity, curiosity, empathy, optimism and hope, redefining and representing the world through a prism of fluidity.
Chime for Change was founded by Gucci in 2013 with Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Salma Hayek Pinault to convene, unite, and strengthen the voices speaking out for girls and women around the world.
