duotone audio Expands West with Appointment of James Beer

Award-winning music and sound production company duotone audio group is expanding its presence on the west coast. Producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist James Beer has joined the duotone team as their LA-based creative producer, where he will be developing new business opportunities in addition to creative directing and producing jobs alongside duotone’s production team led by Head of Commercial Music, Ross Hopman. 

James comes to duotone with nearly a decade of experience in music for advertising, having worked as a staff composer at Storefront Music and producer/creative director at Fulton Street Media Group in Los Angeles. James is no stranger to duotone – he’s worked closely with duotone on numerous high-level projects, including Blue Moon’s 'One of A Kind' campaign featuring his psychedelic funk-inspired cover of Blondie’s 'Heart of Glass', as well as campaigns for WeWork and Credit Karma, among others.

James is thrilled to be joining the duotone team, stating “duotone’s singular commitment to creative and professional excellence is evident in every project that bears their musical fingerprint.
