The Immortal Awards is delighted to unveil Zulu Alpha Kilo as the Canadian partner for this year’s competition.
Following their hugely successful introduction last year, The Immortal Awards will once again feature local, country-based juries that feed into regional rounds of judging. Ensuring creativity from across the globe is judged properly and equally, the local rounds give every market and region a platform on the global stage. The Canadian jury day, which will decide which work from the market qualifies for the regional North American round of judging, will be supported by Zulu Alpha Kilo.
Having successfully taken judging sessions online for the past two years, The Immortal Awards will be returning to in-person judging days, where possible, at the end of the year to determine 2022’s winners.
Zak Mroueh, Founder & CCO of Zulu Alpha Kilo, comments: “We’re thrilled to be hosting the show on behalf of Canada’s creative community. And look forward to celebrating even more world-class creative innovation in 2022. Having sat on the jury this past year, I was impressed with the quality of the work that made it through to the final round. The judging was extremely tough but fair.”
Paul Monan, Awards Director, comments: “The dedicated Canadian jury day made its debut last year, providing the Immortals with incredible insight into the country’s best work. The conversations with our phenomenal jury were largely fun, often tough, but always inspiring and it was great to see work excel not just on the regional stage, but on the global stage too. We are huge fans of Zak and the team at Zulu Alpha Kilo, so we’re both thrilled and proud to be hosting this year’s Canadian jury with them as our partner. We can’t wait to get started!”
The partnership brings together the fast growing award show with one of the world’s leading indie agencies, which has recently been awarded a slew of accolades including: The Drum’s Agency of the Year, Campaign US’s Independent Agency of the Year, Campaign Global’s Creative Agency of the Year, Silver and Independent Agency of the Year, Bronze, as well as being ranked in the top 10 of independent agencies at the D&AD and One Show.
