To accommodate the explosive growth at its wholly owned function growth and Method1 companies, XenoPsi Ventures (XPV) has named Angelique O’Bryan as managing director of XenoPsi Shared Services in an expansion of that company’s purview.
O’Bryan will oversee all infrastructure, such as talent, information technology, and finance that supports XPV’s client- and consumer-facing companies. She brings extensive experience in operations and human capital management in the advertising and shopper marketing industry from Publicis-owned Saatchi & Saatchi X, as well as from management consulting industries and start-up company worlds.
XPV founder and president MichaelAaron Flicker said: “We are thrilled that Angelique is joining our Shared Services Company. The rapid growth of Method1, which specializes in developing campaigns for ‘indulgence brands,’ and Function Growth, XPV’s growth accelerator, over the last six months necessitated that we build out their support platform. Angelique’s experience and vision for growing businesses are perfect for the task.”
In addition to serving as North American talent director for Saatchi & Saatchi X, O’Bryan more recently held strategic advisory positions at The Payroll Company (TPC), a leading workforce management solutions provider that streamlines payroll, time and attendance, tax filing, recruiting, and human capital administration for companies across the United States. Before that, she founded Filament Consulting Services, a company that provided strategic advisory and human resource consulting services to start-ups and small- to mid-size businesses, which was later acquired by TPC. She was also Senior Director of People, Process, and Culture at Irvine, California-based Advantage Solutions, a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions focusing on consumer goods companies and retailers.
O’Bryan said: “My passion lies in shaping and growing thriving organizations.. At XenoPsi Ventures, I will have the chance to live out that passion while helping Method1 and Function Growth enhance the experience and output of their growing teams, while making sure those businesses are primed for even more success.”
