This year France, Italy and USA were the lead countries

The World Luxury Award 2016, held for the 9th time, announced the winners of the biggest global advertising award focused on Luxury. The award recognises the very best of creativity in advertising and communication done for premium brands.

This year France, Italy and USA were the lead countries - in the number of winners and total awards. Fred & Farid, New York, Paris, Shanghai was best agency with four gold medals (Diesel, Remy Martin, Shang Xia by Hermès, Audemars Piguet). Two Gold Medals went to REM Ruini e Mariotti, Rome both for the client Valentino and 2 Gold Medals as well to Kids Creative, New York for Prada and the Balmain Video "Wolves" from Kayne West with Kim Kardashian.

Spectacular work has been rewarded like "The Movie You Will Never See" from Fred Farid for Remy Martin written by John Malkovich, directed by Robert Rodriguez. A movie which will be premiered 2115 in Cognac.

There is no other international Awards program which shares the focus to the global luxury sector honouring the companies and individuals responsible for the creation of excellent advertising and multimedia for Luxury Goods like Cars & Yachts, Fashion & Style, Parfum & Cosmetics, Beverages & Food, Hotels & Holidays.

Among the winners 2016 outstanding work was rewarded done for brands like Audi, Audemars Piguet, Balmain, Cartier, CRN Yachts, Diesel, Givenchy, Land Rover, Piaget, Prada, Remy Martin, Shang Xia, The Macallan, Valentino.

Members of an international jury from 11 countries evaluate entries in 10 categories. Among this highly respected personalities: Robin Derrick, former creative director of British Vogue and now Executive Creative Director of Spring, London, Corinne Bentzen, Senior Director Brand Management of Tiffany & Co, Juliette Lavoix, Creative Director, Head of Luxury, Fred & Farid China, Barbara Aparo, Art Director, Fashion TV, Davide Boscacci, Group Creative Director, Leo Burnett Turin, Philippe Pinel, Creative Lead, Lost Boys Paris.

This 9th annual competition granted 14 First Place World Luxury Award Golden Trophées for Outstanding Creativity.
