The World Luxury Award, an exclusive global creative award, recognises and applauds those companies and individuals who exhibit creative excellence in luxury communications. It pays homage to remarkable achievements in advertising, design, and digital.

The Essence of Luxury Communication

Luxury Advertising operates in a unique sphere. It is not just about selling products; it's about selling a lifestyle, an experience, and a dream. Successful luxury brands know how to create a layer of mystique, conveying their brand elements in a distinctive manner, often combining them with art.
The recent World Luxury Awards 2023 have demonstrated that luxury brands excel in setting themselves apart from competitors by crafting their narratives with a touch of magic.

The World Luxury Awards 2023, known for celebrating the best in advertising for premium brands, unveiled a list of remarkable winners. Among the standout communications were those from Burberry, Tiffany & Co, Mercedes, Dom Pérignon, The Macallan, Ferretti Yachts, and Patek Philippe.

In the 'Fashion & Style' category, Burberry's 'Night Creatures' campaign, a collaboration between the directing collective Megaforce and Burberry, took home the gold. The campaign embarks on a journey through the heart of London, celebrating curiosity and the exploration of the unknown.

Tiffany & Co's campaign in the 'Jewellery & Watches' category was awarded for its nostalgia-infused campaign to launch the new Lock Collection, shot across multiple territories with local talent. The content resonated with intimate artifacts and sentimental charm.

Dom Pérignon's website by Numbered was recognised in the 'Beverages & Food' category. It offered a multisensory exploration of the brand's rich history, artfully portraying the essence of champagne. The fascinating correspondence of universes between Dom Pérignon and Lady Gaga was featured as well.

Auction house Phillips' extensive marketing campaign, aimed at selling a Patek Philippe watch owned by the Last Emperor of China for a staggering US$6.2 million, was acknowledged for its global reach, featuring viewings in multiple cities and custom displays that added a touch of storytelling to the sale.

Other Gold Winners included Horizon FCB Dubai for 'Destination Dubai' in the 'Branding & Visual Identity' category, Master for You twice for 'ThenMacallan – The Spirit of 1926' in the 'Film' and 'Art Direction' categories, Omdesign for 'Packaging the Auld Alliance,' Biyan for 'Orla Residences' in 'Real Estates,' and DBOX for 'Palm Flower.'

Mercedes and Ferretti were crowned winners in the 'Cars & Yachts' category, further exemplifying how luxury communication extends beyond fashion and accessories.

At the 15th annual World Luxury Awards, 12 gold trophies were awarded to outstanding creative achievements that showcased the best in advertising for premium brands, celebrating the art of luxury storytelling. From fashion to jewellery, champagne to automobiles, these awards recognised the exceptional creativity that goes into building premium brands.
