Work Is Better Together in McDonald's Canada's 'Friends Wanted' Campaign

Cossette has launched ‘Friends Wanted’, an online campaign announcing that McDonald’s Canada is now hiring friends, because work is better together.  

Using understated comedy and authentic performances, director James Haworth and Circle Productions tapped young improv and sketch comedy actors to bring to life moments of friends laughing, cringing, and genuinely having a good time working together.

As James puts it, “Great comedy is often found in the ‘reaction to an action’. The key to this campaign was keeping our performances natural and understated, our framing simple, and letting the inherent funniness of the scenarios play out in their own time.”
