Wonder – the specialist business experience agency within the Amplify agency collective – can today announce the arrival of five new team members, alongside two internal promotions, as the agency continues to expand in line with increasing client demand and new business.
The latest hires strengthen Wonder’s live offering, the team responsible for seamlessly delivering client’s events: Sophie King (formerly a project director with Cheerful Twentyfirst) and Kate Woodley (previously senior events producer, integrated production at George P Johnson) join as project directors and Ciara Bond (hailing from Identity where she was a senior event producer) comes in as a senior producer.
Additionally, long-term freelancers Sam Cannon and Ausura Miksyte - who between them have worked with Seen Studios, Swap Motel, George P Johnson, Formula E and Unyte Group - are transitioning to full-time roles as producer and production manager, respectively. All new hires will report to Lucy Montgomery, head of client services, and Mike Dennis, head of production.
Lucy Montgomery said, “We’re kicking off the year with a stellar team line up. We’ve been truly impressed by the calibre of talent joining the agency, particularly in such pivotal project roles. Combined with the experience and passion of those we've nurtured within Wonder, we are building our own dream team to lead us into the next chapter.”
Working across Wonder’s key accounts - including Asana, Expedia, Google, Visa, Santander and Stripe - the new team members will play a vital role in delivering high-impact experiences across Europe and the US as the agency prepares for a packed H1.
The team has already hit the ground running, having delivered projects for Canva and Google for Education at Bett UK just last week. Their expertise and creativity have already made an impact and further solidified Wonder’s reputation for excellence in the B2B space.
This latest phase of recruitment also sees two internal promotions: Molly Maelzer steps up to senior producer, while Max Hollick takes on the role of junior production manager. Both have consistently demonstrated their talent and dedication, making them invaluable assets as Wonder continues to scale up.
Mike Dennis said, “This is an exciting time for Wonder as we continue to grow and strengthen our team. The addition of skilled new talent, combined with the well-deserved promotions of our current team members, enhances our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients. With such a strong team in place, we are poised to make a meaningful impact across Europe and the US in the year ahead.”
