Production representation and management company, VLM, has signed Not Normal Films to its client roster.
Not Normal Films is a US-based multicultural creative production company with offices around the world. A collection of creators, producers, directors and writers, the company prioritises emotion and originality in its storytelling, bringing a novel style and approach to branded content, film, music videos, photography and other digital media. Nurturing a familial, unified culture, they also focus on including more minorities in their director’s roster, as well as in the crews they work with.
VLM’s owner, Veronica Lombardo, is now the general market rep for the production company on the West Coast and in Texas.
“Veronica Lombardo is a consummate professional. We have worked with her for the past year and she has been very important in our growth in the general market,” said Charlie Berrizbeitia, executive producer at Not Normal Films. “Her organisational skills, temperament and communication have always been first-rate. She is known and very well liked in the industry and therefore she is the person we trusted to help us move forward in the market.”

Charlie and Veronica met around the time of Not Normal’s founding in 2021. However, Veronica felt the company was too young to bring on a rep at the time. “I’m a firm believer that a business must have a stable foundation before placing dollars in marketing, especially when trying to break into a new market,” she said.
After simply offering some strategic business advice instead, the pair stayed in touch and are now working together several years later. “I was blown away by the growth of the company, the roster of talent, and the overall brand ID,” added Veronica. “Charlie not only listened, he dove deeper to truly make what he’d envisioned into reality.
“Today, Not Normal has won countless awards globally, including Cannes Lions, Clios, and Tellys, has hubs across eight countries, including South America, Central Europe and the USA, and an impressive multicultural directorial roster of talent, which I’m incredibly honoured to be representing here across the West Coast and Texas.
“The US roster of directors they've assembled brings a truly global perspective and exceptional technical skills to the VLM roster.”
