Veronica Lombardo Carves an Industry Niche with the Launch of VLM
Industry professional Veronica Lombardo officially launches her own independent sales and representation company, Veronica Lombardo Management. With VLM, Lombardo has honed her focus on managing niche talent, allowing her to offer ad agencies, brands and clients access to a highly specialized roster of creators and visionaries.
Over the past 14 years Veronica Lombardo has represented a bevy of A-list content creators as a below the line talent agent at Partos Company, NYO and Sheldon Prosnit Agency (now known as Represent). In 2008 she broke out on her own, hanging her own shingle, opening 9 Agency.
The evolution of Lombardo’s career led her to establish VLM. Founded on a clear-cut vision and assembling a roster of companies with very different and distinct capabilities, VLM aims to set itself apart. The VLM roster includes: kroma digital cosmetics, Somatic and Delolo.
kroma is the much-lauded digital cosmetics company founded by Bert and Amy Yukich in 2001. Bert, a Clio Award and Visual Society Award-winner, utilizes his own proprietary methods to refine the magnificence of all his subjects, which most often includes A-list celebrity talent. Amy Yukich is a natural-born entrepreneur who takes a hands-on approach to the managing of particular project needs of her clients. Amy’s meticulous eye for detail comes from her firm belief that everyone should be portrayed as their best selves. Bert and Amy’s exceptional vision has been seen across music, film and TV, including commercial collaborations with premiere brands such as Crest, L'Oreal, Tresemme, Candie's, CoverGirl and Palmolive.
Somatic, owned by Executive Producer Steve Waite and Executive Creative Director James Thayer, is a Los Angeles-based digital studio that applies its unique signature graphic style to a multitude of disciplines - specializing in integrated motion graphics, live action, VFX and editorial. Working with agencies as well as direct to client, Somatic has already made its indelible mark on the industry, designing and producing content across commercial, TV, film and digital platforms. Somatic has completed projects for clients and brands including Discovery Networks, Disney, TruTV, Soundcloud, NatGeo, Tidal and Facebook.
Delolo is a video and art-making collective made up of artist/designer Leila Fakouri and actor/writer Will Bowles. Fakouri combines her background in set design, multimedia art and animation direction with Bowles’ experience as an improv and sketch comedian. The result is a bold comedic vision with a highly stylized aesthetic for fans of the funny, the weird and the visually stimulating. Delolo’s creative arsenal includes live action, green screen, animation, puppets and miniatures.
