We were delighted to work on this humorous new Specsavers commercial to promote its new hearing tests. Created by their in-house agency Specsavers Creative, this comical ad features a lone scientist in his radio outpost in a far-off corner of the Arctic desperately waiting for urgent supplies. Much to his dismay, his HQ deliver him an altogether very different ‘surprise’ prompting it’s much loved ‘Should’ve gone to Specsavers’ strapline. Jointly directed by Graham Daldry and Chris Denton, the commercial was produced by Specsavers’ in-house creative team.

Scott Harris’ grade completes this amusing film, “I loved working on this film, and with all the crew from Specsavers. We wanted to make the film really feel like it had been shot in a desolate arctic environment. We also wanted to make sure that when the clown was revealed, he was colourful enough to be separate from the bleak blizzard conditions. With the look the crew went for, I think we got the balance just right”.
