T&Pm, one of the world’s leading full-service creative and media agencies, has announced the appointment of Victoria Appleby as UK CEO, effective January 2025. Victoria joins from Channel 4, where she served as head of sales, overseeing all network agencies and solidifying her reputation as a creative force in the media landscape.
An influential force in the industry, Victoria brings over two decades of experience in advertising and media, with a proven track record of success at renowned agencies such as EssenceMediacom and Wavemaker (formerly MEC).
Victoria has been recognised across the industry with accolades including being named as one of IPA & Campaign’s ‘Women of Tomorrow’; Business Insider magazine’s 30 most creative women in advertising; and most recently one of the Top 50 Women Gamechangers in TV.
Her deep understanding of client needs, coupled with her strategic vision and innovative approach, make her the ideal leader to drive T&Pm’s continued growth and success in the UK.
