The Immortal Awards Canada Announces First-Ever After Party

Next Tuesday November 5th marks Little Black Book’s annual round of Immortal Awards judging in Canada (hosted at our Canadian jury partner, Zulu Alpha Kilo’s office in Toronto). However, what most probably haven’t heard about yet is what we are doing (semi) live for the first time with The Immortal Awards.

The Immortal Awards Canada jury day is all about celebrating the best work the market has to offer, with the best projects being crowned Finalists and qualifying from the North American regional round of judging in New York City. So, for the Toronto judging, it only seems right that the day concludes with an actual celebration of the Canadian Finalists.

This year, after the local jury chooses the work they think best represents Canada, we’ll be hosting a screening to reveal the final Canadian Finalists reel – with pizza and beer to celebrate!

We have judged The Immortal Awards all over the world for many years now, and one of the things that makes our award different is the need for local creative minds to judge the entries before they go onto the next stage. However what we have NEVER done in any country is bring together the wider creative community to show the entries that made it through! Paul Monan (awards director of The Immortal Awards) and I have been thinking about doing this forever and I’m so excited to see this vision come to life. This is about celebrating the very BEST creative in Canada – it’s going to be an absolutely killer night!”

Open to all Canadian LBB members, the only caveat of this fun event is the fact that it comes with VERY limited spaces. So, if you’re interested in grabbing a ticket, click here (please don’t grab a ticket if you don’t intend to come). 

The night will start at 6pm sharp at 240 Logan Avenue (M4M 2N3), and will provide a great cross section of the local industry to network with – from brands and creative to production, post and everything in between. We look forward to seeing you there!
