Veronica is an L.A girl. She got into advertising in 2002. She worked as a below-the-line talent agent at a few shops around town before starting her own, which she ran for 10.5 years. In 2015, she switched gears and opened VLM with the vision of cultivating new and lasting relationships, not only for her rostered clients but for herself. Every email, every phone call, every meeting, every screening, are all done with the intention of building a long term connection with people and learning something new about them and herself in the process - the icing on the cake.

They also have a public coffee shop aptly named Motoring Coffee and next door Neli’s cafe always offers scrumptious bites.

- Where you document an idea: I have a dedicated notebook for every client of mine so when we have our bi-monthly calls I record all our chats there, same with any shortlist creative call notes, treatment notes, etc. I’m a notetaker so there are many notebooks stacked on my desk, and if I see a cute one, I am bound to buy it!
- Casual Clothing: Sweats & a tank or a long sleeved sweatshirt.
- Smart Clothing: Fashion is my lifestyle. If I’m going out, I choose one item and build around it. If you know me, or have seen me out, you know I dress smart.
- Footwear: Flip Flops, Flats, Sneakers, Uggs - I’m an LA girl with an inability to walk more than a few steps in a heel so the lower to the ground the better. I also believe in comfort and the ability to run outta a sticky situation if need be.

- Collection: I have a bunch of collections. I’m a collector of vintage mostly mid century objects and furniture, however clothing and jewelry are also among my collections. Some of my worthy collections include Artists Victor Vasarely and Yaacov Agam. Pottery & Ceramics from the 1970’s include Royal Copenhagen, Gainey Pottery, David Cressey Pottery, and other ceramic makers of that period. I also recently started a fun watch collection of neon 80’s fun plastic digital watches to Swatch collector’s item ones. This started after I found myself buying a Moonswatch in Rome which led me to grow that collection. Plus a growing collection of crystals.
