No boxes. No borders. No bounds. Just Queer brilliance in advertising and marketing

Pride in Advertising & Marketing (PrideAM), the leading advocate for 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion in the marketing and advertising industry, proudly announces the return of the PrideAM Awards for 2025 - this year with a bold, category-fluid approach that reflects the true nature of queer creativity.

In a cultural moment where 2SLGBTQ+ rights are increasingly under attack, the PrideAM Awards stand as a beacon for authentic visibility, advocacy, and creative excellence. Whether it’s a trailblazing campaign, an unapologetically queer creative concept, a powerful act of corporate allyship, or a leader who’s pushing representation forward from within - this platform exists to celebrate those driving change in and through marketing.

Entries are now open to agencies, brands, in-house marketing and creative teams, and individuals across the globe. The eligibility window is for work made public between May 31, 2024, and May 4, 2025. Submissions close on May 4, 2025, with winners announced later this summer.

This year, in a departure from traditional awards formats, PrideAM is embracing category fluidity. There are no fixed boxes to tick—just broad, guiding themes designed to honour the most meaningful and imaginative contributions to 2SLGBTQ+ representation in the industry. Entrants may use the following awards as a guide to have a clearer picture of what to submit for consideration:

• PrideAM Award (Best in Show)

• Creative Excellence Award

• Impact Award

• Unapologetically Queer Award

• Community Award (working title)

• Iconic Icon Award

• Rising Star Award

All entries will be reviewed by a jury of experienced queer creatives and marketing leaders, with an emphasis on both craft and impact.

“Queer creativity doesn’t fit in boxes—and neither should the awards that celebrate it,” said Scott Knox, founder of PrideAM. “This year’s show honours’ the power, subtlety, boldness, and beauty of queer work in all its forms—from Pride floats to policy documents, from viral TikTok's to internal HR practices. If your work has made a difference, it belongs here.

Entry fees apply to established campaigns and organisations, while emerging talent may enter for free. This pay-it-forward approach helps ensure that rising voices from across the industry can be heard and recognised.
