The Association of Illustrators and Ted Baker reveal 13 images of Great British pastimes
Designer clothing brand, Ted Baker, has launched a collaborative project with the Association of Illustrators (AOI) that celebrates the best of British. They have commissioned 13 talented artists to create an exclusive series of limited edition, individually signed and numbered prints.
Consumers will be able to take a signed, limited edition print home with them if they spend over £150 at Ted Baker from mid-October.
A Baker’s Dozen is a celebration of British past times – from Allan Deas’ ‘Moaning’ to Alice Potter’s ‘Village Fetes’ and Jane Smith’s ‘Car Boot Sales’. “Ethereal, witty or simply colourful, each one is inspired by just some of the things Ted Baker believes makes Britain great,” said a spokesperson.
AOI has also created a two-minute film that tracks the artists as they produce their perfectly baked creations.
