Media.Monks has today inked a new partnership with Techleap, an organisation dedicated to accelerating the Dutch tech ecosystem by supporting founders in their scaleup journey, through the ongoing support of the Embassy of Dutch Creativity. Together, they will mentor and connect major scale-ups coming out of the Netherlands, sharing the benefits of marketing for growth.
Growing companies would see a huge benefit in incorporating marketing and advertising strategies, but most are not prioritising this business area. Scale-ups aren’t aware of the benefits of proper management of effective performance strategies, which result in real, measurable business growth. Many advertising agencies have a model that supports the needs of large blue-chip companies with full marketing departments, but models need to change to work more closely with lean, fast-moving scale-ups.

Through this partnership, Media.Monks and Techleap aim to:
1. Set up the marketing track to establish best practices in (digital) marketing and communication.
2. Make stronger connections between scale-ups and the advertising industry.

We want to help scaleups grow to the best of their ability, and with that we will bring a new influx of marketing spend to the ad industry. It’s a win win.” said Victor Knaap, co-founder of Media.Monks.
Techleap and Media.Monks are committed to bringing 10 of Holland’s next unicorns to Cannes Lions next year to show them how marketing can positively impact their business.
