Tangible UK, the integrated engagement marketing agency, has appointed Karen Williams as Head of Planning to lead and oversee Tangible UK’s strategic input and development for all clients.
An accomplished CRM specialist with particular expertise in the FMCG and Retail sectors, Karen Williams’ appointment further strengthens Tangible UK’s ability to provide clients with multi-channel marketing planning.
As Head of Planning, Karen Williams will be heading up the planning department and overseeing strategic input and development across all Tangible UK’s clients. She will be reporting to Head of Strategy, Paul Handley.
Prior to her appointment, Karen was Head of CRM at Golley Slater, where she focused on boosting their FMCG capabilities working with brands such as Kraft Foods. Karen’s solid CRM expertise is grounded in over 14 years of working both client-side and agency-side. Her specialist area is FMCG – she spent over 7 years at EHS Brann, working on a range of blue-chip FMCG clients, including Cadbury & Heinz, and three years at Kraft Foods managing CRM across Europe. She has also worked extensively in the Retail and Automotive sectors.
