Tomas Katter joins as senior motion producer and Natalia Jaeger as colourist

Studio RM is thrilled to announce the hire of two new colour grading appointments. Tomas Katter will be joining as a senior motion producer, and Natalia Jaeger is the studio’s new colourist.

Tomas is joining the team from the company Prodigious, and has an extensive film background in fashion, lifestyle and advertising. He has worked with agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett in producing acclaimed TV commercials, documentaries and social content for companies such as Burberry, Jaguar, Land Rover and Unilever. At Studio RM, Tomas has produced recent colour grading projects for Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein x Palace.

Tomas will work alongside Studio RM’s recently hired director of client services, Camilla Bateman, to support directors and production companies in delivering high-end, stylised work that stands at the forefront of contemporary visual culture. He will also help Studio RM in continuing to discover and nurture new and extraordinary talent.

Natalia, meanwhile, has joined as a Colorist in the company’s London studio, and will work closely with Senior Colorist Jamie Noble. Natalia first began conforming and grading at the Film Shed, where she worked on short documentaries and branded content for Dr Martens, WeTransfer, and the New York Times.

Studio RM immediately took notice of her brilliant talent and impeccable attention to detail.

They knew that her considered eye and exceptional technique would be an ideal fit for the beautiful and refined color grading the studio is known for.

Since starting at Studio RM, Natalia’s skills have already captured the attention of leading directors and brands. She has worked on Tom Johnson’s Kenzo Winter campaign and Stuart and Lev’s Palace Skateboards collaboration with Harrods. Her most recent work was on BBC short Hung out to Dry, where her colour grading helped capture the film’s British suburban grit.

Tomas and Natalia are joining at a pivotal period for the studio, where their work is increasingly capturing the attention and trust of respected brands and artists. These new appointments also coincide with the refurbishment of Studio RM in London, where a spacious and sun-lit collaborative space has been built to better facilitate their colour grading capabilities.

“We feel incredibly fortunate to have Tomas and Natalia joining us,” said Robert Moore, the founding director of Studio RM. “Tomas’ specialist knowledge of post-production and Natalia’s talent, which we will feel lucky to have discovered, will be an invaluable asset to our team.”
