Stink is thrilled to announce that Claryn Chong has signed for commercial representation worldwide and presents their first collaboration for Nike x Bugeisha Club ‘Unreal Movement’.
Five agents are recruited for a single mission from different corners of London. Moving through the city’s landscapes, they converge at Bugeisha Club HQ as a modern warrior collective.
Bugeisha Club, founded by Mana Kimura-Anderson a.k.a The Nunchuck Princess, embodies strength, resilience, and creativity - values that mirror the DNA of the Nike Airmax Dn8 shoe. Together, Nike x Bugeisha Club redefine what it means to move and fight. Beyond nunchucks, swords and staffs, the Dn8 becomes Bugeisha Club’s ultimate weapon, allowing the warriors to navigate the world with unmatched energy and precision.
Directed by Claryn Chong and produced by Stink UK, the spot draws inspiration from the action films and video games Claryn grew up with - but reimagining the narrative, where women are no longer side lined as one-dimensional love interests.
Chong Claryn is a multidisciplinary artist working across film, photography, and creative direction. Born in Singapore, half Chinese and half Indonesian, and raised in Australia, she draws on her diverse background to create bold, dynamic work.
Claryn blends urban landscapes with technical experimentation, performance, and striking styling to reflect the cultural zeitgeist—while maintaining a sense of intimacy and artistic edge.
Her work moves fluidly between fashion, music, and identity-driven stories, capturing not just her subjects, but the worlds they inhabit. Claryn's approach has led to collaborations with brands such as Nike and Rimmel London, and with talent like Maya Jama, Nia Archives, and Lava La Rue.
"Meeting the members of Bugeisha Club felt like stepping into a dream, offering the chance to create a world where Asian women can be superheroes, breaking barriers and rewriting their own stories. I’m so happy we got to create this project together, with the help of Stink. And I’m so happy to join their roster.” said Claryn Chong, director, Stink
Dom McKiernan, head of music videos and special projects, “We’re really excited to welcome Claryn to the Stink roster for music videos and commercial projects. Her unique understanding of fashion and culture, paired with a technical background in photography and cinematography, brings a fresh and distinctive perspective to our team. We can't wait to see what she creates next.”
