Savannah Setten Directs Beautifully Surreal Promo for UK Singer Sola

Pulse Films' Savannah Setten has directed a new music video for London singer Sola's latest track 'Save Yourself'.

Drawing from a broad palette of influences, including electronica, jazz, soul and R&B, 'Save Yourself’ was written during a time of deep depression and is "about fighting your inner demons, knowing yourself worth and learning to love yourself through your flaws".

Savannah's accompanying film follows suit, as she explains: “Hearing that Sola wrote the lyrics about overcoming depression, the visual idea for Save Yourself explores warped perception - when a person becomes entangled in negative emotion and their perception of themselves suffers as a result. The visual takes us on a journey through inner torment, reflection and ultimately finding new power to keep existing."
