Rockstar Energy Drink, the drink for those who love to do it all, is fuelling its fans’ passion for gaming by unveiling two pieces of exclusive fan memorabilia. Created with a combination of Rockstar Energy cans that were going to be discarded and expert prop master handcrafted moulds, the epic life-size helmets have been intricately designed to replicate those worn by characters in the iconic Xbox games, Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls Online.
Giving gamers the chance to get up close and personal, the one-of-a-kind armour collectibles will be showcased in gaming stores across the country. From the 15th to the 21st of December, fans can visit Crazy Thumbs, London and R-Cade in Glasgow, to view the exclusive merchandise.
The helmet release celebrates the Rockstar and Xbox partnership, which aims to supercharge the gaming experience on and off the screen. Fulfilling online passions, Rockstar Energy has launched limited-edition cans that feature bold artwork from the two iconic games; Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls Online that give one-month free access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership (£10.99RRP). Those who go to a local store whilst the helmets are displayed will be given a limited edition can and will be able to sample the refreshing taste of Rockstar Energy whilst snagging the one-month free membership.
Unlocking even further levels of excitement, Rockstar is giving one player the chance to win an Xbox Series S gaming console. To enter, all hopeful owners must do is guess the number of cans that have formed parts of the helmets via the Rockstar Energy website.
Mish, founder of R-Cade, commented, “We’re excited to offer this in-store experience for our gaming fans. Working with Rockstar to bring the games into the real world is an awesome opportunity for our community! We’re big fans of the games and characters that wear the helmets - so we can’t wait to showcase the Rockstar armour in the shop in Glasgow.”
The timelapse-style video of the helmets will be shared across Rockstar’s social channels, showcasing the creative process.
Viktoriya Ustenko, Rockstar Energy Drink, European senior marketing director, commented, “We are extremely excited to unveil the Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls Online inspired helmets to celebrate our latest partnership with the gaming powerhouse, Xbox. By using Rockstar Energy cans that were going to be discarded to form part of this unique memorabilia, we hope to bring fans’ love of the virtual world into the real one!
The limited-edition Rockstar Energy Drink cans will be available to purchase in 500ml and 250ml offerings via all major retailers with the on-pack promotion running until the end of December.
