In the midst of a prolonged conflict that has forced countless families to flee their homes, Puck —a leading and trusted brand across the Middle East and a steadfast ally to mothers - is proud to announce Recipe for Change - a sustainable source of financial support, designed to empower and support affected Lebanese families. 

Recipe for Change is not just a Ramadan campaign, but an innovative economic model that transforms treasured family recipes into market-ready products that local chefs can proudly feature on their menus across the region and eventually the world. 

Lebanon faces one of its toughest crises, with 1.3 million people displaced—mostly mothers and children—returning to shattered homes and disrupted livelihoods. Recipe for Change offers more than a meal; it connects communities, supports affected Lebanese families and helps build sustainable futures for their families, all made possible by Puck.

This Ramadan, Puck partners with esteemed global and regional restaurants, including Abdelwahab, Safadi, Habib Beirut, Kaak Al Manara, Mosaic, Karam Beirut, and Manaret Beirut in the Middle East, to feature these heartfelt dishes worldwide and connecting Lebanese expats and diners directly to the legacy of these moms. 

Featured recipes include Amani’s Special Spinach Fatayer, Feryal’s Special Kibbet Batata, Nada’s Special Macaroni B Crème, Viviane’s Special Mahalabia, Ibtihaj’s Special Zenkoul, and Fidaa’s Special Cheese Ma’amoul - each a cherished family tradition that tells a story of resilience and hope. By enjoying these meals, diners join a movement to rebuild lives, one recipe at a time.

Each dish is served on a bespoke, AI-illustrated plate inspired by the personal journeys of the mothers behind the recipes. QR codes on the plates unlock their stories, emphasizing how every meal is an opportunity to rebuild what has been lost.

In collaboration with Dubai Cares, a UAE-based global philanthropic organization recognised by the United Nations, all campaign proceeds will directly support affected Lebanese families, helping them provide for them and help rebuild their lives.
