The Dakar rally, a predominantly masculine event, is perhaps the toughest automotive test in the world. To promote the participation of the Duster Dakar Team, Renault Latam development a digital media campaign. Under the slogan "My Dakar is", a metaphor for the effort and commitment, four women from Latin American countries (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina) have their personal "Dakar".
For one of them, her Dakar is to end animal abuse, for another to bring sport to slums, for the third of these brave women, their Dakar is to bring organic gardens to the cities and for the fourth – to generate clean and free energy. Renault's message reminds us that "we all have our own Dakar". The campaign also includes interviews with women, which reveal the struggles and difficulties they come across when carrying out their own goals.
