Former CEO brings fresh expertise and a new drive for the firm

Prophet, a global brand and marketing consultancy, has announced the appointment of Helen Rosethorn as a new Partner based out of their London office. Helen, a leading expert on employee engagement, employer branding and culture will be charged with growing Prophet’s portfolio of work in this increasingly critical area for business success and creating a more defined and integrated suite of offerings for their clients.

Prior to joining Prophet, Helen was CEO at Bernard Hodes Group UK – an Omnicom company - where she spent 14 years successfully building the business into an acknowledged market leader in its field. She also headed up their consultancy practice, delivering work for a wide range of clients across all sectors.

Notable projects include the brand repositioning for Anglo American, engaging 6000 leaders with a new vision and values and then creating a global recognition scheme to drive the right values-led behaviours across the organisation.  In her time at Hodes, Helen partnered with Prophet for a number of global clients, including the launch of the bio-pharmaceutical company AbbVie.  Helen is a regular writer and speaker on culture and engagement and authored the book “The Employer Brand – Keeping Faith with the Deal”.

She contributes a regular column to www.hrville.com and is actively involved with Opportunity Now and BITC, supporting their campaigns on gender and managing an ageing workforce.

Helen Rosethorn said: “I am excited to be working with Prophet in engagement, culture and the employee dimension of brands.  The aim is to strengthen how Prophet approaches engagement and transformation, to build a stronger Prophet vision and as a result, a more defined and integrated suite of offerings.”

Rune Gustafson, President, EMEA at Prophet added: “We are delighted to welcome Helen to the team. Her reputation in the employee engagement and change management sphere is second to none. Her expertise has already added value for a number of our leading clients and we are confident about the momentum to our growth and development that she will bring.”
