Helen is a regular writer and speaker on culture and engagement and authored the book “The Employer Brand – Keeping Faith with the Deal”.
She contributes a regular column to www.hrville.com and is actively involved with Opportunity Now and BITC, supporting their campaigns on gender and managing an ageing workforce.
Helen Rosethorn said: “I am excited to be working with Prophet in engagement, culture and the employee dimension of brands. The aim is to strengthen how Prophet approaches engagement and transformation, to build a stronger Prophet vision and as a result, a more defined and integrated suite of offerings.”
Rune Gustafson, President, EMEA at Prophet added: “We are delighted to welcome Helen to the team. Her reputation in the employee engagement and change management sphere is second to none. Her expertise has already added value for a number of our leading clients and we are confident about the momentum to our growth and development that she will bring.”
