Wunderman Thompson New York have announced Preeya Vyas will join the agency as global chief experience officer to lead and orchestrate the network’s thriving CX practice. Preeya will work across the global network’s strategic, creative, technology and data leadership team to help design and deliver the experiences, products and services that will drive growth for clients. The hire adds to the momentum Wunderman Thompson has experienced this year, including winning the inaugural Creative B2B Grand Prix at the Cannes Festival of Creativity for its language-based AI experience for Sherwin-Williams.

Preeya’s career spans over two decades lived at the intersection and the innovation edge of ideas, creativity, communication, product strategy and design, technology, media, and data. She joins Wunderman Thompson from her most recent role as chief strategy & innovation officer at DeVito/Verdi, and prior to that she served as chief experience officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, New York.

Preeya also serves as a frequent speaker across topics such as ‘Modern Creativity’, ‘Applying Retail Principles to Health Systems’, and ‘How to Tell a Story in 6 Seconds’.
