The Olympics is as much about money as it's about sport and it looks like the big sponsors of Rio 2016 have been getting their money's worth. Official sponsors' ads have garnered over 400 years' worth of watch-time on YouTube so far - and the games haven't even started yet. YouTube has also revealed the trending ads of this year's Olympics in a special report all about sport and viewing habits (which, oddly, reveals that golf videos have had a surge in popularity, showing the greatest year-on-year growth in viewership of all sports).
At London 2012, it was the unofficial Olympics ads from the likes of Paddy Power and Nike that really hit the headlines and there's still time for cheeky outsiders to disrupt the race, but for now check out the goody two shoes raking in the views.
