Octagon has announced the elevation of three senior executives, Matthew Ferguson, Colleen Cummings, and Mary Sirico, to leadership positions across the agency’s North America Marketing division.
Matthew has been promoted to the role of executive vice president, global head of sponsorship strategy, and will lead strategy efforts for Octagon’s brand client accounts throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Previously vice president of digital, Colleen has been named senior vice president and head of digital, where she will continue to oversee digital marketing, social content, paid and organic media, influencer campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions on behalf of clients.
Mary has been elevated to senior vice president, people and culture, and will continue to oversee and implement the agency’s global recruitment and staff retention strategy, as well as reinforce Octagon’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Matthew and Colleen will continue to report into Lou Kovacs, president, marketing North America, Octagon. Mary will report to Brian Smith, executive vice president, people and culture, Octagon.

The elevation of Matthew, Colleen, and Mary, follows the recent appointment of Marianne Rotole to chief growth officer, marketing North America, overseeing the agency’s new business development and marketing efforts across the region.
