Taps top industry talent Jim Lyons to serve as chief growth officer

Net Conversion, a leading media agency known for its data-driven approach and commitment to client success, expanded its leadership team with three key executives: Jim Lyons has been named chief growth officer; Alex Holt as vice president, data strategy; and Haley Gribben as strategy and insights manager/ “chief storyteller.”

These three execs are adding expertise in key areas to complement its highly experienced core leadership team composed of Ryan Fitzgerald, chief executive officer; Kristina Canada, chief marketing officer; and Brett Hughes, chief analytics officer.

Jim, who assumed the role of chief growth officer, is responsible for charting strategic growth for the agency via business development and partnerships. He is a motivational leader known for building high-performing teams, implementing data inspired strategies, and driving exceptional revenue growth. Jim’s wide array of prior senior executive roles includes president of Rapp at Omnicom and chief strategy officer at Havas.

Haley joined from Google and is focused on elevating Net Conversion’s brand positioning as well as storytelling skills across the organisation.
