Naomi brings first-hand practical experience and an applied understanding of film craft to her role

Aligned in their fervent pursuit of exceptional creativity, Naomi joins OB as they continue to build upon their ever-increasing reputation for being a ‘talent first’ director management and production company.

Naomi is passionate about making the industry a fairer and more representative place, and it was OB’s commitment to nurturing emerging directors that attracted her to the company. She aims to help bring in a diverse variety of talent and work closely with all the directors to develop their skills as they work towards their version of success, be that commercials, music videos or film.

Of the new venture, Naomi comments, “I'm super excited to have joined OB Management, a place known for spotting and developing incredible talent and for being a lovely bunch. I'm really looking forward to building on the creative and strategic ambitions of OB in 2023 and beyond. Lots in the pipeline. Watch this space!”

As an active filmmaker herself, having this year been chosen to make her short film with Homespun Yarns, Naomi brings first-hand practical experience and an applied understanding of film craft to her role.

Well-regarded in the industry, Naomi’s first experiences were at BBH and Creature, which paved the way for new business positions at prominent production companies Blink and Knucklehead.

Head of advertising at OB, Jez Murrell says, “Naomi came highly recommended and it’s clear to see why. Her experience, both production and agency side, gives her a valuable insight and in-depth knowledge of an ever-evolving industry. This, along with her obvious passion for filmmaking and developing creative talent, makes her a great fit for OB.”
