Monster, the worldwide leader in successfully connecting people to job opportunities, today launched Project You, a unique social and digital experience that empowers young millennial professionals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and career improvement. The goal: to help people find better.
Project You takes users through a fact-based survey and then highlights areas where an individual is excelling or has opportunity for improvement and gives expert advice, tailored to the individual, to help address any issues. The journey is fun and enjoyable and takes users through a series of modules that focus on unique areas of individual development. Modules include “Find Your Weak Connections,” a new Facebook application that identifies job opportunities at the places of work of friends, or “What Do Your Words Say About You?” a text analyzer that uses artificial intelligence to help ensure a user’s cover letter sends the right tone to potential employers.
Project You was developed by BBDO New York, Monster’s creative agency partner, in tandem with their digital production partner Modern Assembly and academics Professor Jean Twenge and researcher Brad Smith.
