McDonald’s Belgium Trolls Burger King's New Restaurant with Table Service Promo
TBWA\Belgium has launched a new campaign for McDonald's that trolls the opening of a new Burger King branch in the city centre of Brussels.
Not wanting to miss out on an opportunity to put its own restaurants and unique table service in the spotlight, McDonald's unveiled a gigantic banner - right next to the new Burger King.
McDonald’s brings your Big Mac menu or Chicken Wings straight to your table - unlike other fast food restaurants in Brussels - and thus the new banner read: “Served by a king, or served as a king? Discover our table service at McDonald’s.” The iconic McDonald’s logo was also transformed into a golden crown for the occasion.
The bottom of the banner featured directions to the two nearest McDonald’s restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
