M&C Saatchi London Promotes Christi Tronetti to Head of Growth

M&C Saatchi London has today announced the promotion of marketing director, Christi Tronetti, to the newly created position of head of growth, as it seeks to supercharge its new business and marketing capabilities. The promotion follows a number of new business wins in recent months.

In her new role, Christi will work to deliver a step-change in growth, with a particular focus on driving organic growth and greater value for existing clients. Working in close partnership with M&C Saatchi Group, she will have overall responsibility for M&C Saatchi London’s growth strategy, leading the London new business and marketing team and working alongside a team of client partners.

Since M&C Saatchi Group brought its customer and advertising specialisms together in 2020, Christi has played a key role in driving success for the agency, securing and converting new business opportunities. She was also part of the team that helped M&C Saatchi London achieve a place on the CCS roster, and has overseen the creation and marketing of a number of high profile partnerships and initiatives effecting positive change in the industry and society, including M&C Saatchi Open House, Good Guys Guide, and GoGo Soho.

She previously held account management positions at Grey and Goodby Silverstein & Partners in the US.

Christi’s promotion reflects M&C Saatchi’s ongoing commitment to recognising and elevating internal talent.
