With over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry across ten countries spanning the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia; the until today appointed CEO of Grey Latam, Marco Milesi, is landing in Buenos Aires to take role of CEO of Grey Argentina following Denise Orman's departure to pursue a personal project. Marco is set to lead one of the network's flagship creative agencies alongside Diego Medvedocky, while concurrently solidifying the office as the hub for Grey's Borderless Operations.

"I have always regarded Argentine advertising as a benchmark, not just regionally but globally. Thus, arriving in this country at this stage of my life with this challenge fills me with joy and expectations. Diego and I have been working together for almost 10 years, but now we'll be side by side. Argentina is already positioned as a source of superior creativity; now, we aim to maximise its international reach. We're going to have a lot of fun, I have no doubt about that," expressed Marco.

In 2023, Grey Argentina achieved a historic record at Cannes Lions winning eight Lions and strengthened its local and regional business operations with projects for InBev across Latin America, Pernod Ricard, IKEA in Chile, and Coca-Cola, among other major advertisers. As the new CEO, Marco is tasked with further developing Grey Argentina's business and maintaining the high creative standards for which it is renowned.

Simultaneously, Marco will serve as the head of borderless operations, a new global role aimed at expanding and consolidating the Buenos Aires office as the global operations centre for Grey's Borderless model. This model seeks to address the needs of the network's clients with cost efficiency and talent without borders, operating remotely from any of Grey's 33 studios worldwide.

Diego Medvedocky, president of Grey Argentina and global creative partner, added, "Marco has been my partner in the region for years, and I know firsthand his experience in growing operations and his ability to interpret and showcase local peculiarities with a global vision. He is the ideal person to lead this new chapter for Grey Argentina, elevate it to the major leagues, and simultaneously turn it into the global platform for a business model that exports talent to the world."

The establishment of the Borderless Hub in Buenos Aires is directly linked to the success achieved by Grey's Argentine studio with the business model created by Diego Medvedocky in 2020. This model leverages local competitive advantages with a dedicated team focused on developing successful campaigns in the UK and USA for brands such as Haleon and Tums, yielding results capable of impacting the agency's revenue. In this new phase, the challenge will be to find a 50/50 business balance between the local, regional, and global markets with Grey Argentina's own projects while simultaneously enhancing and expanding the export capacity of creative talent without borders.
