In an inspiring spot for McDonald’s, Lopez Negrete Communications and LOBO, took to heart the story of a McDonald’s crew member who arrives to work early to provide her regular customers a text when their coffee's ready and by doing so, she makes a big difference. 

“True Stories: Laura”, with animation directed by Diogo Kalil and Thiago Martins, employs flowy animation styles to share a day in the life of an exemplary McDonald’s employee who thinks a step ahead of her customers.
