Lauren Ince, head of client engagement at The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) takes on the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer for the group, with immediate effect.
Ince’s expanded role focuses on maximising the TCEG’s growth potential across the whole purchase funnel. She will work closely with the group’s marketing and new business teams, divisional leads and heads of department to identify and develop new pathways to growth. Ince will also collaborate with the company’s creative teams and the new strategic collective team to optimise TCEG’s approach to creating innovative work.
Ince will continue to lead TCEG’s client engagement team globally. She joined TCEG three years ago from Evidently where she was Managing Director, and previously held senior Business Development roles at advertising agencies WCRS, VCCP and Mullen Lowe.
