At KFC, Tenders are handmade on-site, every day. So the team thought: why not apply the same method… to the adverting campaign itself?
With Handmade Billboards from Havas Paris, KFC France takes a bold detour from traditional OOH: a 100% handcrafted, 100% one-of-a-kind activation.
Each visual was hand-drawn, directly on-site. No file. No print. Just a blank poster, a fat red marker, 73 locations, and an unlikely duo:
👨🍳 A KFC team member trained in both cooking and illustration
🔧 A JCDecaux technician coordinating logistics and execution
The result: a series of unique creations - just like KFC’s Tenders.
Here, 'Handmade on-site' doesn’t just describe the product. It defines the entire campaign. A bold creative statement, brought to life with radical simplicity - where message and execution merge into one.
