Joseph Kasparian Appointed Executive VFX Supervisor at Rodeo FX

With an illustrious career spanning over 27 years in the visual effects industry, Emmy-winner Joseph Kasparian is now joining the creative company Rodeo FX as executive visual effects supervisor. There, he will support in delivering astounding VFX projects that captivate and inspire audiences worldwide while upholding the core values of collaboration and creativity. Joseph’s journey is punctuated by numerous notable achievements, including his pivotal role in shaping the visual landscape of iconic projects such as Jurassic World, Warcraft and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. 

His tenure at Hybride, and his role as creative vice-president has been marked by an unwavering commitment to innovation and an unparalleled dedication to his craft, positioning him as a reference for positivity and inspiration within the industry. He has collaborated on every Star Wars movie and series since 2015. His contributions to the ground breaking series The Mandalorian Season 02 with Lucasfilm, which earned him an Emmy in 2021, along with his recent Emmy nomination for Andor Season 01, firmly establish him as a key figure in the Star Wars VFX universe.

Joseph will be joining Ara Khanikian, an Emmy-nominated and VES-winner, as they take on the role of overseeing the company's team of 16 VFX supervisors. Together, they will support CEO Sebastien Moreau and Jordan Soles, VP of development and innovation in maintaining the studio's growth trajectory while upholding the quality standards that have solidified Rodeo FX as a trusted creative partner on the global stage. 

Notably, Joseph and Ara will focus on nurturing the studio's expansion while ensuring Rodeo FX’s long-standing commitment to quality remains unwavering. Their focus will be on ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction, a particularly vital aspect for the studio which has recently completed several high-profile projects, including Masters of the Air, Dune: Part 2, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, and House of the Dragon Season 02.
