Johnny Foreigner Welcomes Ukrainian Director Alex Sobolev to the Roster

The original independent director’s agent has signed the internationally awarded Ukrainian film & commercials director, who started his career as a copywriter, then as creative director doing stints at various prestigious global agencies.

Alex is a global citizen who has lived and prospered in major cosmopolitan cities including New York. He has recently relocated to London with his family from his home city of Kyiv. 

There is barely a country he hasn’t shot in and has over 50 successful TVCs under his belt along with over 25 international awards which include a recent vimeo pick of the day. 

He is also highly collaborative and a true craftsman, passionate about every aspect of film making.
