Jam Creates 'Pointless' App

Pointless fans can now play their favourite game show whenever they want on their mobile or tablet with the new, official Pointless app from Endemol UK and Jam.

There’s two ways to play the official Pointless app – you can either test your knowledge in the single player mode or go head-to-head against your friends in the social 'vs mode'. Find the most obscure answers to the questions to win!

The Pointless app was designed and built by Jam and marks Endemol UK’s first move into app publishing.

"In building the official Pointless app, we've taken the format which the fans love and created an engaging social mobile experience,” said Dan Beasley, Head of Mobile at Jam.

Pointless is a runaway hit for BBC One where it airs in both a weekday and prime time Saturday night spot. Hosted by Alexander Armstrong and Richard Osman, Pointless is the quiz show where the obvious answers mean nothing and obscure answers mean everything.

Pointless is available now for iOS for £1.49 and is coming soon to Android.
