Take Her Lead, a registered charity dedicated to championing women and girls in cricket, has appointed Unbound as its creative agency of record.
Founded in 2022 by former England International cricketer, Isa Guha, the charity aims to advance equality and diversity in cricket and increase participation for women and girls through enabling a more inclusive culture.
Elspeth Lynn, founder and creative partner at Unbound, said, “Cricket and ‘Take her Lead’ need an idea that invites all girls in. So they feel like they have role models to look up to, and a sport they can enjoy. All done in a genuine, powerful, motivating way. So we are super excited to take this on”.
Unbound will be responsible for creating, producing and executing a campaign to help show that cricket can be a place where every woman and girl can fulfil their potential and thrive, within the game and beyond.
Isa Guha, founder Take Her Lead, “We’re incredibly excited to partner with Unbound on this project. Teenage girls are dropping out of sport at an alarming rate and we are here to show that we have their back. Unbound and their previous work in the women’s sport sector made a great choice for us and we thank them for their support”.
The partnership with Take Her Lead and Unbound is set to begin immediately. Expect to see work live around the Hundred tournament this summer.
