The Institute of Creative Advertising and Design (ICAD) has launched its 2025 membership drive, featuring a new streamlined sign-up process and membership portal. Representing over 300 creative professionals for more than 67 years, ICAD is Ireland’s longest-standing creative industry body, dedicated to fostering, promoting, and rewarding creative excellence. With ambitious plans for growth in 2025, the organisation invites new and returning members to join its thriving community.
Members become part of a like-minded network of designers, copywriters, art directors, producers, and filmmakers. They gain access to Upstarts, a well-known career development programme for emerging talent, with 80% of participants securing jobs within six months, as well as the prestigious ICAD Awards. As a not-for-profit, ICAD reinvests membership fees into industry-specific mental health research and insight-led interventions. ICAD is run by creative people, for the benefit of creative people.
Neil Rooney, ICAD executive director, says:
"ICAD has been the beating heart of Irish creativity for nearly seven decades. Joining ICAD is not just about the individual benefits; it's about being part of a community that continues to shape the creative landscape in Ireland. Membership directly supports our mission to foster, promote, and reward creative excellence while also addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by creatives today."
Individuals can join ICAD today via the new membership portal and take advantage of early bird rates of €200 until 28th February. Group discounts are also available for agencies and studios.
